Intention Downloads Interview: James O'Dea
In his deeply heartfelt and poetic style, James contrasts a more materialistic understanding of intention with the summoning of purpose in a life such as we witness with a Mahatma Gandhi. His discussion connects intention to such concepts as Flow, Aikido, the Tao and the transmission of love from one heart to another.

Ancient Cosmology: A Map of the Future?
Like the mayfly, which lives but one day a year and knows nothing of the seasons, the human being has an average life span that comprises only one-360th of the roughly 24,000-year precessional cycle. And just as the mayfly born on an overcast, windless day has no idea that there is anything as splendid as sunshine or a breeze, so do we, born in an era of materialistic rationality, have little awareness of a golden age or higher states of consciousness – though that is the ancestral message.

Toward a Consciousness of Oneness
At a press conference immediately following the earthquake in Japan, President Obama noted that “for all our differences in culture or language or religion, ultimately, humanity is one.” A century ago, earthquakes in California, India, and Italy similarly evoked shared grief and mutual assistance, although oneness was not yet part of our mainstream vocabulary – nor our consciousness. Very few have heard of Dr. Roy, as his books and lectures focused on geochemistry, glass ceramics, and nanocomposites rather than low-fat diets and the number of steps to optimal health.
