My son and I just moved to Santa Rosa from Marin County to be near our family. Building a whole new life in retirement years is proving to be fun, challenging in Santa Rosa to be sure. They change the names of streets mid-block so getting lost is almost a given. I'm a poet and a writer, and I help my son, Mark, who was a passenger in a car in 1973 that was hit by a drunk driver. Mark and the engine went flying on impact and Mark has a traumatic brain injury (TBI). That's the injury our soldiers are coming back with from Iraq and Afghanistan. Mark has always been my teacher, and is he ever teaching now! Look forward to particiating in this new IONS activity.
