Fees and Logistics
The workshops and conference begin 9:00am Wednesday and run through 4:00pm
Monday. Running concurrently is the Youth Conference, which includes four different age-level tracks (covering first grade through college) with their own complete programs that feature many of the inspiring leaders at the conference. The
conference, pre/post workshops and meals are all priced separately. The
table below outlines the conference fees.

Membership
A one-year IONS membership is available for non-members for $35, which is a discount from our basic rate of $55 per year. You
will be able to accept or decline this one-year IONS membership
by checking the appropriate box on the registration form.
Meals
Please note that the meal costs are in addition to the conference fees.
Lunch breaks will offer organized, informal networking opportunities. There
is a complimentary IONS Benefit lunch on Saturday. A $30 two-lunch package
of vegetarian (not vegan) meals is available for Friday and Sunday. For
dinners, you may wish to join us for fine dining with entertainment on
Thursday, Friday and Saturday at a cost of $40 each. There will be a
selection of chicken, fish or vegetarian. Register early for your meal
choice as space is limited. The hotel also has two restaurants with full
menus.
Exhibitors
A special "Noetic Village" vendor/exhibitor hall offers a limited number of booths for the fee of $1000 ($750 for nonprofit organizations). Volunteer Work Exchange Program
IONS offers a Volunteer Work Exchange program to lighten the financial
burden of attending the conference. For a $100 fee and 20 hours of
conference related work, the cost of registration is covered. Pre- and
post-conference workshops are an additional $25 plus three hours of work.
The Volunteer Work Exchange Program registration discount does not cover
travel, lodging or meals. We need volunteers for the success of this
conference. It is a wonderful way to participate. OUR VOLUNTEER POSITIONS ARE NOW FULL
Travel
Travel Advisors, the official conference travel agency, can make all your
travel arrangements with one toll-free call. A special discounted airfare
has been arranged with United Airlines and must be booked directly with
Travel Advisors. You can contact Chris Peterson at 866-795-8400 x108 or peterson@traveladvise.com. and specify the "Institute of Noetic
Sciences" conference. The IONS conference benefits when you use this
service.
Conference Site and Accommodations
The conference will take place at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City in Arlington, Virginia - which is 10 minutes from Reagan National Airport in
Washington DC (DCA). The Hyatt offers complimentary transportation to and
from Regan National Airport. Discounted parking for all attendees is $12 per day with
unlimited in and out privileges.
Our special conference room rate at the Hyatt is $125 per night single or
double occupancy. Triple occupancy is $150 per night and quadruple is $176

group code of NOET to receive the special conference rate.
Continuing Education Credits (CEUs)
Most conference sessions have been approved for Continuing Education Credits
in the following professions: National Certified Counselors (5492), Nurses
(10318), and Social Workers (159-000435). The $25 processing fee is to be
paid on site at the CEU desk.
Refunds
Refunds are available only if requested in writing by June 10, 2005 (less a
$45 administration fee). No refunds will be given after June 10.
If You Can't Attend
For those who cannot attend, professional CD/DVD recordings of most sessions
will be available through Conference Recording Services (CRS). After July 15, please check
their website for a list of all conference sessions available, or call them at 800.647.1110. |
