PS1 The Heart Approach to Conscious Living—Howard Martin, Marilyn Mandala Schlitz, and Dean Radin

Leading experts from the Institute of HeartMath and the Institute of Noetic Sciences will present compelling new research, combined with practical techniques and new technology, to offer access to the inner guidance needed for developing balance, intuition, and new intelligence. Through HeartMath’s research on the intelligent heart, you’ll better understand how the power of spiritual practices affects the body, heart, and collective fields of consciousness. Through IONS’ research you will learn about the latest leading-edge studies on the capacities of consciousness and concepts such as subtle energy and collective fields. Join us to experience insightful understanding and effective inner-technologies that can improve health, learning, performance, and well-being while relieving anxiety, fatigue, and tension.

Howard Martin is Executive Vice President for Strategic Development at HeartMath, LLC, and one of the original leaders who helped Doc Childre found HeartMath. He has been instrumental in developing and delivering HeartMath’s practical yet dynamic programs to thousands of participants in the U.S. and abroad. In 1999 he co-authored The HeartMath Solution.

Marilyn Mandala Schlitz, PhD, is Vice President for Research and Education at the Institute of Noetic Sciences in California and Senior Scientist at California Pacific Medical Center. Dean Radin, PhD, is IONS Senior Scientist and author of The Conscious Universe and Entangled Minds. He has conducted research on exceptional human capacities at Princeton University, the University of Edinburgh, and SRI International. He has a PhD in psychology and an MS in electrical engineering.

PS2 Creating a Caring Economics: Combining Inner and Outer Work—Riane Eisler

We can no longer wait for the world’s leaders to act at this critical time when the old approaches are simply not working. It’s not realistic to expect more caring, equitable, and sustainable policies and practices as long as these are culturally and systematically devalued by economic indicators and rules. This workshop will show how every one of us can be a leader in both inner and outer transformation and in building a caring economics for ourselves, our children, and generations to come. All of us can raise our consciousness and take the practical steps for building a less violent, more equitable, and sustainable way of living and making a living.

PS3 The Art of Spiritual Peacemaking —James Twyman

James Twyman's most powerful book, The Art of Spiritual Peacemaking, was a number one bestseller on Amazon.com. In this workshop we will explore the role each one of us plays in creating a new world based upon compassion and peace, and how answering that call leads us on the path that mystics sometimes call enlightenment. This will be an experiential workshop where you'll have the opportunity to experience the art of spiritual peacemaking firsthand, exploring the three stages of enlightenment: Illumined Mind, Awakened Heart, and Realized Soul.
