Be more than curious about your dreams: learn how to use dream symbols as healing, centering tools in your waking life. Understand how connecting to dreams also connects you to the Earth, allowing you to contribute to collective healing on the planet.
Symbolism in dreams is unique to each person. An elephant in your dream may have different symbolic meaning than an elephant in my dream. Using the process of projective dreamwork, each participant in the workshop will have the opportunity to apply his or her own meaning to dreams shared by others in the group.*
To deepen the learning, participants will be invited to embody the shared dreams by the use of journaling, guided meditation, Qigong, and Chi Cybernetics. The integrative approach of mind and body creates an opportunity for increased wisdom and supports personal, community, and collective transformation.
This leading-edge workshop moves beyond traditional dream analysis alone and into the body where your intuition has voice and the capacity to bring alive insights, meanings, and the healing messages from dreams.
In this workshop, you will:
Whether you are an active dreamer or an aspiring one, this workshop will give you new ways to hear the inner guidance that comes from your dreams. Bring a journal for writing, a yoga mat, and pillow.
Who will benefit from this workshop: This workshop is beneficial for anyone interested in learning about their own dream world and for those working to help others learn about their own inner wisdom, such as Therapists, Shamanic Practitioners, or Healers. No prior dream work experience required. CEU’s will be offered for MFTs and LCSWs.
* Workshop leaders will ask for volunteers to share dreams in advance of the workshop.
