Meeting Rooms for Day Use Only:
Fees for meeting rooms with no overnight lodging are double the prices with overnight lodging (listed above).
Meeting Room Discounts:
⇒ 100% discount with 60 people staying overnight per day.
⇒ 75% discount with 50 people staying overnight per day.
⇒ 50% discount with 40 people staying overnight per day.
If more than one meeting room is being used, the discount will apply on the largest room used.
Groups provide their own sweat-lodge leader, lodge covering materials and wood. Subject to cancellation on High Fire Danger days as designated by the Novato Fire District.
Groups provide their own check-in staff.
A/V needs are arranged with your event manager. There is a $25 per-item per-day charge.
Group meals are required for all participants.

Payment, Deposit and Contract Requirements
We require an estimated number of participants at the time your contract is prepared. Your rates and contract will be based on this number. If your numbers increase, call your event manager to see if we have the additional space available. If your numbers decrease, please contact your event manager.
A 20% booking deposit is required to hold space. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit and the signed contract. We are not obligated to hold space without a signed agreement and deposit.
60-Day Attendance Number Estimate – Your event manager will contact you 60 days before your event to get an estimate on your attendance numbers. You are allowed a 20% decrease in attendance numbers up to the final guarantee count, which is taken 3 days prior to your event. Increases in attendance are subject to availability.
3-Day Final Guarantee – Your final guarantee count is due 3 business days prior to the start of your event. We will invoice upon your 3-day Final Guarantee or 80% of your 60-day projected attendance numbers, whichever is greater.
We charge a 3% service charge if you pay with a credit card.
We guarantee lodging space only, not specific rooms. Lodging assignments will be made by our guest services manager, 1-2 weeks prior to your arrival.

If you cancel more than four months prior to the date of your event, your deposit will be refunded, less a $250 service charge.
There will be no refund if you cancel less than four months prior to the date of your reservations.
Meeting Space and Exclusive Use
There may be other groups with us during your stay. You may arrange for exclusive use with a minimum requirement of the equivalent of total room and board for 60 Singles.
