Some tables will have discussions led by conference participants; topics will be listed and posted at the room’s entrance. Join one of these discussions, start your own, or choose a table without a formal discussion.

Additional Information
Special Needs
If you are in a wheelchair or have auditory, visual, or other challenges, please let us know when you register, so that we may accommodate your needs. If you have suggestions on how we can best do this, please let us know.
Continuing Education Credits (CECs)
Continuing education credits are available for many professions. For details please see the logistics page. There is a $25 processing fee.
Volunteer Work Exchange Program
IONS offers a Volunteer Work Exchange Program to lighten any financial burden of attending the conference. A $195 fee and a maximum of 14 hours of conference related work cover the cost of registration.
We have heard you! We have changed our volunteer program to one with fewer working hours and more time to take part in every session.
If you would like to volunteer for a Pre or Post Conference Institute, they are an additional $60 and require assisting the speaker for the duration. There are limited volunteer spots for the Pre and Post conference workshops, so please sign up for these early!
Also, please note that the Volunteer Work Exchange Program discounted rate does not cover travel, lodging, or meals, and that the volunteer fee is not refundable. Please apply early; the number of positions is limited. Contact our volunteer coordinator, Justine MacLean at JMacLean@noetic.org for more information.
Youth Scholarships
Some scholarships are available for students from 18 to 25 years old. To obtain a scholarship application, please email conference@noetic.org.
Conference Registration Refunds
Refunds (minus a $50 administration fee) are available only if requested by June 5, 2013. We are unable to give refunds to volunteers—although any meal costs paid by volunteers in addition to the registration fee can be refunded. No refunds of any kind will be given after June 5, 2013. Contact us by phone Monday-Thursday 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST, or leave a message on our voice mail by midnight June 5, 2013.
Though highly unlikely, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any program at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Our workshops are educational experiences, and are not to be mistaken for long-term therapy or cure. Some people may find some programs to be too psychologically or physically challenging. We recommend that in case of any doubt, a physician or trusted counselor be consulted.
