Meals
Join us for delicious community lunches and dinners, which provide a valuable opportunity to meet others and to share insights in both organized and informal networking settings. Some tables will have discussions led by conference participants; topics will be listed and posted at the room’s entrance. Join one of these discussions, start your own, or choose a table without a formal discussion.

Three-course dinners will be offered on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for $44 each; two-course lunches will be offered on Friday and Sunday for $33 each.
Be sure to sign up for our 40th-Year Benefit Luncheon on Saturday.
Continuing Education Credits (CECs)
Most conference sessions have been approved for continuing education credits through the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and the California Board of Registered Nursing. CECs for psychologists are provided for specific selected sessions (**see below) by The Spiritual Competency Resource Center (SCRC), which is co-sponsoring this program and is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. SCRC maintains responsibility for the program and its content.
The $25 processing fee may be paid through online registration or onsite at the CEC desk. Please make sure that our license will fulfill your credit requirements.
For questions about CE credits, please contact Charlene Farrell at 707-779-8212, or cfarrell@noetic.org.
If Charlene is unable to answer your questions about CECs for psychologists, you may visit www.spiritualcompetency.com or contact David Lukoff, PhD, at david.lukoff@gmail.com or 707-763-3576.
CE credits for California LCSWs, MFTs and RNs:
> 5.5 CE credits for pre-conference institutes (No credits are available for W5 Intergenerational Pre-Conference Day or Cinema Noesis)
> Up to 12 CE credits for the conference:
- 2.0 CE credits for the plenaries on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

> 2 CE credits for post-conference institute
Please Note: Out of state professionals and individuals governed by other licensing boards are responsible for checking with their respective boards to determine if these credits will apply toward their CE requirements.

Conference Registration Refunds
Refunds (minus a $50 administration fee) are available only if requested by June 5, 2013. We are unable to give refunds to volunteers—although any meal costs paid by volunteers in addition to the registration fee can be refunded. No refunds of any kind will be given after June 5, 2013. Contact us by phone Monday-Thursday 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST, or leave a message on our voice mail by midnight June 5, 2013.
Though highly unlikely, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any program at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Our workshops are educational experiences, and are not to be mistaken for long-term therapy or cure. Some people may find some programs to be too psychologically or physically challenging. We recommend that in case of any doubt, a physician or trusted counselor be consulted.
Session Recordings
Professional audio recordings of all sessions and DVDs of the plenary sessions will be available from Conference Recording Service (CRS). Place orders after the conference at www.conferencerecording.com. Phone orders are welcome at 510-527-3600. Recordings are an excellent way to share the healing messages.
