Three ways to save on conference prices

1. Register and book your room early!
Extra discounts are available on both the registration fee and the hotel rates if you sign up and book by January 20th.*

2. Pay $25 less for registration by staying at the Westin hotel.
All hotel guests will receive a coupon for 10% off Ducca Restaurant, to be used throughout their stay.**

3. Pay $90 less for registration if you're a supporting member of IONS at the Partner level. (donation of $10/mo or $120/year or more)
If you're not already a supporting member at Partner level or above, you can sign up for a year's Partner level membership at half-price when you register for the conference and still get the registration discount.***

• Friday: Plenary from 9:30am to 12:30pm, Breakout from 3:00pm to 5:00pm, and Evening Activities from 8:30pm to 10:00pm - $175

Meals

We will be offering breakfasts on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Each breakfast is $28.50 and you can sign up for each individually. Make sure to sign up for our Free Benefit Lunch on Saturday. All other lunches and dinners will be on your own in San Francisco. We will provide a list of restaurants within walking distance, and opportunities to meet up with other participants for meals.

Additional Information

Continuing Education Credits (CECs)

Continuing education credits are available for many professions. For a listing of professions and provider numbers please check the logistics section. There is a $25 processing fee that may only be paid on-site. Remember to pick up your paperwork at the CEC table before the workshop begins.

Volunteer Work Exchange Program

IONS offers a Volunteer Work Exchange Program to lighten any financial burden of attending the conference. A $185 fee and 20 hours of conference-related work covers the cost of registration. Pre-Conference Institutes are an additional $60 plus 3 hours of work, and Post-Conference Institutes are $15 plus 2 hours of work. PLEASE NOTE: The Volunteer Work Exchange Program discounted rate does not cover travel, lodging, or meals, and the volunteer fee is not refundable.

We need volunteers for the success of this conference, and it is a wonderful way to participate. Please apply early, as the number of positions is limited. Contact our volunteer coordinator Justine MacLean at JMacLean@noetic.org.

Youth Scholarships

Some scholarships are available for students aged 18 to 25. To obtain a scholarship application, please email conference@noetic.org.

Conference Registration Refunds

Refunds (minus a $50 administration fee) are available only if requested in writing by May 6, 2011. We are unable to give refunds to volunteers, however, any meal costs paid by volunteers in addition to the registration fee can be refunded. No refunds of any kind will be given after May 6.
