Shaykh Yassir Chadly is a traditional and Sufi Moroccan musician as well as an associate professor at the GTU in Berkeley.

Whether as an imam, Islamic lecturer or musician he spreads his inspiring message of peace, inclusion and tolerance wherever he appears. His solo CD is entitled Asheeq Zeen.

Yassir Chadly a native of Morocco, was the imam of the Masjid Al-Iman, a multi-ethnic mosque in Oakland from 1991 to 2016.
