Meals

Join us for community breakfasts, which provide a valuable opportunity to meet others and share insights in both organized and informal networking settings. Some tables will have discussions led by our conference participants; topics will be listed as you enter the room. You may elect to join one of these discussions, start your own, or choose a table without a formal discussion.

We will be offering breakfasts on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Each breakfast is $28.50 and you can sign up for each individually. Make sure to sign up for our Free Benefit Lunch on Saturday. All other lunches and dinners will be on your own in San Francisco. We will provide a list of restaurants within walking distance, and opportunities to meet up with other participants for meals.

Continuing Education Credits (CECs)

Most conference sessions have been approved for continuing education credits through the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, the California Board of Registered Nursing, and the State of Illinois, Division of Professional Regulation, Registered Social Worker Continuing Education Sponsor. CECs for psychologists are available for two Pre-Conference Institutes: Skills for Engaging the Spiritual Dimension in Psychotherapy and Healthcare Settings, and Working with Fields of Consciousness: Practical Strategies for Group Leaders. The $25 processing fee may be paid through online registration or onsite at the CEC desk.

Conference Registration Refunds

Refunds (minus a $50 administration fee) are available only if requested in writing by May 6, 2011. We are unable to give refunds to volunteers, however, any meal costs paid by volunteers in addition to the registration fee can be refunded. No refunds of any kind will be given after May 6. Session Recordings

Professional CD or DVD recordings of most sessions will be available through Conference Recording Services (CRS). After the conference, please go to conferencerecording.com for a list of all available conference sessions or call CRS at 510-527-3600. Recordings are also an excellent way for those who cannot attend to benefit from the conference.

Carbon Offsetting
