Start your day off right! The ITP of Kata is a 45-minute series of nonstrenuous exercises designed to articulate all the body’s muscle groups and joints. It uses deep rhythmic breathing, relaxation, transformational imaging, and meditation. ITP cofounder and an Aikido sensei, George Leonard created Kata to be a daily practice to vitalize, balance, and integrate the entire being.
