Life Directors
IONS Life Directors are held in honor and esteem for their
elder wisdom and years of active service and support.
The category of Life Director was established in 1998
by the Board of Directors. This is a self-selected option
available to IONS board members after a minimum of 10
years of active service on the board. Other characteristics
of the Life Director category include: no voting option,
optional attendance at board meetings, optional financial
support, no legal liability, and optional committee participation. |
As
unique as their interests and talents
are, IONS' board of directors share a common commitment of
support (financial and otherwise) and
love for the Institute's mission of research and education on consciousness. For more information
